6 Tips on how to stay healthy during the weather change

The weather is quickly changing and it’s the perfect time to catch a cold. Below are a few tips on how to avoid a cold and stay healthy and happy during this time!

1. Drink Lots of water!
2. Wash and sanitize hands often
3. Drink at least 2 Vitamin C packets a day(can buy them at CVS)
4. If you feel like you are getting sick, get Airborne- (drink one every 3-4 hours(also at CVS)
5.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!
6.Wear layers!

GALLON CHALLENGE

In attempts to detox my body from two weeks of a poor diet, I am challenging myself to drink 5 gallons of water in 7 days. Drinking almost a gallon of water a day will help me cleanse my system as well as keep me hydrated. As I mentioned in my HAWT TIPS, water is extremely important so I challenge you all to do the same!
